Two things follow from this, and it is worth separating them. First, the DNS zone still exists on Cloudflare, and only the address record is missing. Lextract prices per lease rather than by subscription. Its own pages advertise AI lease abstraction between $10 and $15 per lease, pay-as-you-go, with no monthly commitment. As of August 2026 both figures appear on its own site: $15 is the single-lease rate alongside a 126-field abstract, and $10 heads its lease abstraction software page. Volume packs come in below both, at $45 for five leases ($9 each) and $85 for ten ($8.50 each), so the per-lease cost falls as you buy in bulk rather than rising. One note on where you check, and it matters more than usual right now: as of 1 September 2026, and on every check we have run since 29 August, neither domain serves the product. lextract.com redirects to a parking lander, and lextract.io no longer resolves at all, returning no address record on public DNS from either Cloudflare or Google resolvers. We have left the figures here because they are still the most widely cited per-lease prices in this market, but treat them as last known rather than current, and do not budget against them without reaching the vendor directly. It marketed extraction of a large structured field set, on the order of 120-plus fields, from a commercial lease PDF. Normally we would tell you to confirm the current rate on the vendor's own site. That is not possible while the site is unreachable, so contact the vendor directly if you need a live quote.

Per-lease pricing is genuinely attractive for one specific situation: you have a small, irregular flow of leases and do not want a recurring bill sitting on the books between them. If that is you, a pay-per-lease tool is the cheaper instrument, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise.
