HOW WE PROTECT YOUR LEASES
Five controls that keep your documents yours
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every lease is sent over TLS and stored encrypted with AES-256. Files are never written to disk in the clear, in flight or at rest.
We never train models on your docs
Your leases are processed to produce your abstract and nothing else. We never use your documents to train, fine-tune, or improve any model, ours or a vendor's.
You control retention and deletion
Set how long abstracts and source files are kept, and delete any lease, abstract, or your whole account on demand. Deletion is permanent.
Account isolation and access control
Each customer's data is logically isolated. Access is limited to your seats, and internal access is restricted, logged, and audited.
Human review before export
AI extracts, you approve. Nothing leaves the tool until a person on your team has reviewed the abstract, so accuracy and disclosure stay under your control.
Reliable, monitored infrastructure
Hosted on hardened cloud infrastructure with monitoring, backups, and least-privilege access. Enterprise plans include a SOC 2 report and an SLA.
