Can I change or cancel my plan?

Do I have to talk to sales?
Only for Enterprise. Solo, Team, and Firm are fully self-serve: pick a plan, create your account, and start abstracting. Enterprise is the only tier that involves a conversation, because it is tailored to your portfolio.
What counts as a lease?
One lease document, regardless of length or how many tenants or amendments it contains. A 12-page strip-mall lease and a 90-page office lease with three amendments each count as one lease against your monthly allowance.
